Chuck Hall is an incumbent Oklahoma State Senator representing District 20, first assuming office in November 2018. A Republican, he is seeking re-election in the 2026 primary election. Hall has a background as a banker, having served as chairman and chief executive officer of Exchange Bank in Perry, and previously held several local offices including Mayor of Perry from 2007 to 2013, City Councilman, and City Treasurer. His policy stances include protecting the sanctity of life, fully funding law enforcement, stopping illegal immigration, opposing tax increases, advocating for first responder benefits, defending rural schools, and supporting Second Amendment rights.
