Cindy Neighbor

Cindy Neighbor is an incumbent member of the Kansas House of Representatives, currently serving District 18 until January 2027. With a long history of public service since 2003, she is seeking re-election in the 2026 Primary. As a candidate, Neighbor strongly advocates for policies protecting women's reproductive rights, opposing restrictions on abortion and contraception.
