Claude "Danny" Navey is the current Mayor of Atlantic Beach. He has previously served on the Atlantic Beach Town Council. He has also been a representative for Atlantic Beach on the Carteret County Beach Commission. During his time on the council, he has participated in discussions and votes on topics including town ordinances, budget approvals, and public works projects.
