OpposesGarry opposes expanding abortion access in Massachusetts: she was the only representative to speak against the 2022 shield-law measure on the House floor, voted against amendments to explicitly protect abortion care in the 2025-2026 updated shield law, and voted against the bill lifting restrictions on abortions after 24 weeks. She has also filed H.2428, 'An Act protecting the health of the mother and a born alive fetus after the second trimester.'
