Colleen O'Neal, a Republican candidate for Maine House District 22, was born in Utica, New York. She earned a Master's in Homeland Security in 2020. O'Neal retired in 2022 after 30 years in public service, which included work as an emergency responder. She is affiliated with Parents Rights in Education, the Bangor GOP, and the NRA.
