Connor Cook is a third-generation Idahoan and a professional firefighter-paramedic who has served the Idaho Falls community for over a decade. He began his public safety career as a paramedic in Charleston, South Carolina, before returning to his home state. Cook is a first-time candidate for the Idaho House, running to bring a blue-collar perspective and address concerns that the Legislature isn't listening to constituents. His platform prioritizes public safety, strengthening education and workforce development, responsible infrastructure investment, and fiscal responsibility through prioritizing essential services and reducing unnecessary regulation. He advocates for making education more competitive and reining in budget shortfalls.
