Conrad Lee is the longest-serving member of the Bellevue City Council, first elected in 1994. He served as mayor from 2012 to 2013 and was Bellevue's first Asian American mayor. Born in China, he moved to the United States in 1958. He holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Washington. His professional career included roles as an engineer for Boeing and the regional administrator for the U.S. Small Business Administration.
