Corrie Koopman Frazier has been a resident of Enumclaw for 35 years, growing up on a dairy farm and graduating from Enumclaw High School in 1999. She earned a BA in Business Management from Northwest University and a Graduate Certificate in Accounting from the University of Washington. She works as a Senior Tax Accountant and is an IRS Enrolled Agent. She was appointed to the City Council in early 2021 to fill a vacancy.
