Coumba Kebe is a public health professional, small business owner, and the founder of Scope Consulting. A first-generation American and daughter of immigrants from Senegal, she holds a Master of Public Health from Indiana University. With nearly a decade of experience in home care, Kebe has worked with healthcare systems and families across Indiana to improve care for seniors. She is a Democratic candidate for the Indiana House of Representatives District 29.
