Courtney Orrock is a financial executive with over 18 years of leadership experience in the nonprofit, public, and private sectors. Her career includes roles as Vice President of Finance at Travel & Leisure, Executive Director at Island Health Foundation and Sunrise Children's Foundation, and President of Alldata. She holds an MBA from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and is a graduate of the Thayer Leadership Development program at the United States Military Academy at West Point. She returned to Anacortes in 2020 and is involved in the community, serving as the President of the Anacortes Public Library Board and President of The Holding Space Birth and Wellness Cooperative.
