Creade V. Brodie, Jr. is a Republican serving as an Allegany County Commissioner in Maryland. First elected to the Board of County Commissioners in 2010, he was subsequently re-elected in 2014, 2018, and 2022. A native of Allegany County and graduate of Beall High School, he is a Fellow of the Academy for Excellence in Local Governance at the University of Maryland School of Public Policy. Professionally, Brodie has worked for over 20 years at the LaVale Sanitary Commission, where he is the Maintenance Supervisor. Aside from his duties as Commissioner, he serves on the local Board of Health. He resides in Loartown with his wife, Catrina.
