Dale Mitchell

Dale Mitchell is a current Commissioner for Central Pierce Fire & Rescue. He is running in the special general election for Commissioner Board Position 3. Mitchell has a long history of service as a fire commissioner, previously with the Edgewood Fire Department starting in 1989 before it merged with East Pierce Fire & Rescue, where he also served. He has held leadership roles such as past president of the Pierce County Fire Commissioners' Association and the Washington State Fire Commissioners' Association. In recognition of his long service, a new fire station in Edgewood was named 'The Dale Mitchell Fire Station 118'.
