Dale Ragan

Dale Ragan is a longtime resident of Mount Vernon and has been the owner of Karl's Paints for almost three decades. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Master of Business Administration. Ragan has a history of public service, having been on the Mount Vernon City Council from 2002 to 2017 and a Dike District 17 Commissioner from 2015 to the present. He joined the Skagit Regional Health board in January 2020. He is also an active community member, involved with the Skagit-Mount Vernon Rotary Club, the Skagit Regional Health Foundation Board of Trustees, and has previously served on the board of the Mount Vernon Chamber of Commerce.
