Dallas Paul Kephart is an American politician and attorney serving as a Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 73rd District since 2023. A lifelong resident of Clearfield County, he earned a B.A. in political science from Lock Haven University and a J.D. from Penn State Law. Before being elected to the state legislature, Kephart served as a law clerk for the U.S. House Oversight Committee and worked as an attorney for a judge on the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.
