Dan Johnson is an incumbent commissioner for the Highline Water District. In a previous candidate statement, he highlighted that the District has worked to reduce costs, increase efficiencies, and has implemented a plan to proactively upgrade infrastructure, security, and technology. He also noted that the District received the top rating from the Washington State Auditor's Office for its Financial Statement and Accountability Audit. In 2022, he was elected to serve as Secretary of the Board of Commissioners.
