Dan Lorentzen is a lifelong resident of Lake Stevens, Washington. He served as a Lake Stevens Police Officer for over two decades, becoming the Chief of Police in 2014 and retiring from the position in 2016. Following his retirement from the police force, he began working for Snohomish County as a Deputy Fire Marshal. His history of public service also includes roles as a Fire Commissioner and President of the Lake Stevens Lions Club. He previously held a sewer commissioner position from January 2012 to December 2013 to fill a vacated seat and was later elected to his current term. His current term is set to expire in December 2025.
