Dana Caudill Jones

Dana Caudill Jones is a lifelong resident of Kernersville, North Carolina. She earned her B.A. in political science from High Point University in 1993. Jones is the President of Caudill's Commercial Electric Company, Inc., a second-generation family business she manages with her husband, David. Prior to her role in the State Senate, she served on the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools Board of Education for eight years, including four years as chair. She also served five terms on the Kernersville Board of Aldermen, including as Mayor Pro Tem from 2011 to 2013. She assumed office for the North Carolina State Senate, representing District 31, on January 1, 2025, after winning the general election on November 5, 2024.
