Daniel 'Dan' Campbell is the former General Manager of Raton Water Works, where he served for 28 years, retiring in June 2020. During his tenure, he oversaw the reconstruction of the city's water and wastewater treatment facilities and the modernization of the water distribution system. He has also served as president of the New Mexico Municipal Environmental Quality Association. He also has experience as a contractor.
