Daniel Sachs Goldman is an American politician and attorney serving as the U.S. representative for New York's 10th congressional district since 2023. A member of the Democratic Party, he previously served as lead majority counsel in the first impeachment inquiry against Donald Trump and as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of New York. He earned his bachelor's degree from Yale University and his law degree from Stanford Law School.
