Darryl K. Webster

Darryl K. Webster is a Republican candidate currently serving as a Somerset County Commissioner for District 2 in Maryland, having first been elected to the position in the 2022 general election. Before entering local government, Webster dedicated his career to public safety. He is a retired employee of the Maryland Division of Corrections, where he served for 30 years, including as a supervisor and Tactical Team member at the Eastern Correctional Institution. As a county commissioner, he represents Somerset County on the Maryland Association of Counties legislative committee. Webster continues to focus on advocating for his community and promoting local interests.
