Dave Harvey grew up in eastern Washington and graduated from Washington State University in 1988. He worked in the Washington wine industry for thirty years before opening Red Band Cellars in Dayton in 2018. He and his wife, Jackie, and their daughter, Maya, moved to Dayton in 2020.
