David Kunnghee Min is an American lawyer, politician, and former law professor serving as the U.S. representative for California's 47th congressional district since 2025. A member of the Democratic Party, he previously represented the 37th district in the California State Senate from 2020 to 2024. Prior to his election, Min worked as an assistant professor at the University of California, Irvine School of Law, and served as an enforcement attorney at the Securities and Exchange Commission.
