Dave Oxman is an intensive care physician and Associate Professor of Medicine at Sidney Kimmel Medical College. He has worked at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital since 2012. Oxman was a 2026 Democratic candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives in Pennsylvania's 3rd Congressional District, but he withdrew from the primary race in March 2026. He earned his bachelor's degree from Tufts University and received his medical degree from Temple University's medical school.
