David Codier is a retired trauma and critical care nurse with extensive experience in teaching paramedics, disaster preparedness, and first aid. He currently serves as the Emergency Operations Supervisor for the Jefferson County Department of Emergency Management and is the founder of the Jefferson County Medical Reserve Corps. He has worked in emergency healthcare and disaster planning, and in 2022, he was a finalist for the Jefferson County Citizen of the Year award.
