David Glenn Jenkins

David Glenn Jenkins is an incumbent Republican State House Representative for Georgia's District 136, seeking re-election in the May 2026 primary. A husband, farmer, and emergency air ambulance helicopter pilot, he is also a retired army officer and former police officer. Jenkins, who earned a Bachelor's in Technical Management in 2008, entered politics in 2020 by defeating the Georgia Democratic House Leader. He champions traditional conservative American values, focusing on basic services, job creation, limited government, security, prosperity, and liberty. Recognized as a "Defender of Limited Government," he consistently votes for free speech, elections, and national security. He lives with his wife Catherine near Luthersville.
