David H. Zimmerman is the incumbent Pennsylvania State Representative for District 99, having first assumed office in December 2014. A lifelong Lancaster County resident raised on a dairy farm, he has extensive experience in agri-business, including as a sales manager for an international company. Zimmerman previously served as chairman of the East Earl Township Board of Supervisors, township roadmaster, and as a member of the Lancaster County Agricultural Preservation Board.
