David H. Rowe is a Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing the 85th District since winning a special election in 2019. Prior to his election to the state legislature, Rowe owned and operated a CrossFit gym, served as an East Buffalo Township supervisor, and was a Christian missionary in Southeast Asia. Within the state House, he has served as chairman of the House Republican Policy Committee and vice-chair of the Pennsylvania State Freedom Caucus.
