David L. Nissley is a lifelong resident of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. He and his wife founded Vintage Landscaping in 1992, a business they continue to own and operate. Nissley grew up in the Amish Mennonite Church and currently serves as a deacon at Chestnut Church. A conservative candidate, his legislative priorities include property tax reform, expanding school choice, and deregulating small businesses. He is running for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in the 100th District.
