David Paul Linsky is the State Representative for the 5th Middlesex House District, representing the town of Natick and precincts 2 and 3 of the town of Wayland. He was first elected to the seat in 1999 and serves as Vice-Chair of the Revenue Committee. Before joining the Legislature he served 14 years as an Assistant District Attorney in Middlesex County, prosecuting cases including sexual assault, murder, and white collar crime; he remains a practicing trial attorney and a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association. A lifelong Natick resident educated in the Natick Public Schools, he graduated from Natick High School, earned his B.A. from Colby College in 1979 and his J.D. from Boston College Law School in 1982. He has three sons.
