David Worley

David Worley is a Southeast Idaho husband, father of five, and an Army National Guard infantry officer with 23 years of service, including combat deployments. A Pocatello native, he holds degrees in Government and National Security Affairs. He is a Republican candidate for Idaho State Senate District 28 in 2026, challenging a nine-term incumbent, having previously run for Pocatello mayor and Senate District 29. Worley advocates for limited, accountable, and transparent government, protecting individual rights, and supporting families and small businesses. His key policy positions include upholding immigration law—by opposing state benefits for undocumented individuals—and defending Idaho family values. He seeks to bring a service-first mindset to the legislature.
