Debbie Treen

Debbie Treen served for six years on the Bothell City Council, including two years as Mayor. She earned a Business Administration degree from Seattle University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Her career includes over 15 years as a Chief Financial Officer for nonprofits and private companies, including Cornish College of the Arts, from which she retired in 2024. She has co-chaired a statewide land use planning initiative, helped shape the Washington State Growth Management Act, and served on Sammamish's Fiscal Sustainability Task Force in 2023.
