Debra Aslett Lancaster

Debra Lancaster has a long career focused on education and community service. She served as an administrator for Skagit Valley College for 13 years, a Coordinator for Washington State University for 10 years, and as the Executive Director for United Way for 10 years. She earned both a BA and MA from the University of Washington. Lancaster has also served on various local boards, including Skagit's Population Health Trust, the Low-Income Housing and Homelessness Services Advisory Council, and the Sedro-Woolley Housing Authority Board.
