Debra "Deb" Hinson Bridges is a current Town Commissioner for Laurel Park, having been elected in 2021 for a four-year term. She is a musician and retired business owner. Her collegiate background includes bachelor's and master's degrees in music performance and composition from St. Andrews University and California State University, as well as professional certificates from Duke and Cornell. Currently, she serves as an organist at the Episcopal Church of the Transfiguration. Her interest in serving on the council is rooted in her lifelong experience living in small North Carolina towns.
