Deena Bayoumi is a parent of two sons and a long-time community member. She attended Pullman Schools and returned to the area in 2014. Since returning, she has been an advocate for equitable resources and education for under-represented students in the Pullman School District. She has served as the Board Secretary for Palouse EDJE and has volunteered for the Pullman School Pantry, Intersectional Advocacy Coalition, and as an Elementary Parent Representative on the PSD Calendar Committee. She was also involved in the establishment of the District's DEIB Task Force.
