Derek Mobley

Derek Mobley is a lifelong resident of North Carolina who holds a Master's Degree in Applied Economics from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has over a decade of experience in corporate finance, with senior positions at companies like the Volvo Group, KPMG, and BB&T, and currently works as a Quantitative Analyst for Pinnacle Financial Partners. Mobley has been active in the community, serving as President of the Junior Chamber (Jaycees), President of the Bryan School Alumni Association, and was named to the Triad Business Journal's "40 under 40" list in 2019. He and his wife, Penwan, have two children.
