Diana Murillo is the current mayor of Anthony, New Mexico, having served since 2016. She is a lifelong resident of Anthony, an entrepreneur, and a graduate of New Mexico State University with a degree in Government. In 2001, she was the victim of a drunk driving accident which resulted in paralysis from the waist down; she has since become an advocate and speaker for DWI victim impact panels. Murillo also served as a Doña Ana County Commissioner after being elected in 2020.
