Diana Totten moved to Malden from Spokane about a decade before 2021 to assist her mother. She decided to make Malden her permanent home, buying a house built in 1909. A mother of four, she is an avid gardener. Her home was destroyed in the 2020 wildfire that devastated the town, and she was later gifted a new home.
