Donald Dowie

Donald N. Dowie has a background in law and education. He earned his J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley in 1993 and a Master's in Secondary Education from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2014. His career includes roles as an attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as an English Teacher for the Clark County School District as a Teach for America Corps Member. He currently serves as an Administrative Law Judge for the Washington State Office of Administrative Hearings and is the President of the North Beach School District Board of Directors.
