Donald Norcross is an American politician and labor leader serving as the U.S. representative for New Jersey's 1st congressional district since 2014. An electrician by trade, he served as an assistant business manager for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 351 and was president of the Southern New Jersey AFL-CIO Central Labor Council. Norcross previously served in the New Jersey State Senate and General Assembly. In Congress, he focuses on labor rights and education.
