Donny Lambeth is a lifelong resident of Forsyth County, North Carolina. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from High Point University and an MBA from Wake Forest University. His professional career was in healthcare administration, where he spent 40 years at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, serving as Chief Operating Officer and later as President/CEO. Lambeth's political career began in 1994 with his election to the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Board of Education, where he served for 18 years, including as chair. He was first elected to the North Carolina House of Representatives for District 75 in 2012 and assumed office in 2013.
