Doug Bankson is the founder and senior pastor of Victory Church World Outreach Center in Apopka, Florida, and a 30-plus-year resident of House District 39. A former Apopka vice mayor, city commissioner, and Apopka Area Chamber of Commerce chairman, he also founded a K-12 private school and serves as a police chaplain. He earned bachelor's and master's degrees in theology from Life Christian University and a doctorate in divinity from the School of Bible Theology Seminary and University. He and his wife Jeri have four children and three grandchildren.
