Dylan Behler represents District 30A in the Maryland House of Delegates for the Democratic Party. Appointed by Governor Wes Moore to fill a vacancy, he assumed office on February 6, 2025, becoming the youngest member of the Maryland General Assembly. A lifelong resident of Anne Arundel County, Behler was born in Annapolis on June 5, 1998. He graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in political science and government. His prior public service includes working as chief of staff for State Senator Sarah Elfreth and as director of legislative and constituent services for the Maryland Department of Natural Resources. He has also been active with the Anne Arundel County Democratic Central Committee.
