Ed Delgado is a member of the Moreno Valley City Council, elected in 2021, and a Republican candidate for the California State Assembly, District 60, in 2026. A 25-year veteran of the Riverside County Sheriff's Office, he retired as an Assistant Sheriff overseeing the Corrections Division. Delgado also served in the U.S. Coast Guard and as an Adjunct Instructor at Moreno Valley College, teaching leadership courses to those pursuing careers in law enforcement.
