Ed Neilson is the State Representative for the 174th Legislative District, representing Northeast Philadelphia since 2015. He previously represented the 169th District and served as an at-large member of the Philadelphia City Council. A lifelong resident of Northeast Philadelphia and member of IBEW Local 98, Neilson also worked as Executive Deputy Secretary of Labor and Industry. In the House, he serves as Majority Chairman of Transportation and focuses on education and infrastructure.
