Eddie D. Settle

Eddie Settle was born in Wilkes County, North Carolina, and graduated from East Wilkes High School in 1978. He earned an associate degree in business from Wilkes Community College in 1979. His career includes owning and operating Nu-Line Printing, Inc., a family business, and the Settle Cattle Company. Prior to his state senate role, Settle served on the Wilkes County Board of County Commissioners starting in 2012, where he held positions as chairman and vice chairman. He assumed office as State Senator for District 36 on January 1, 2023.
