Eddie Hillard, 24, is the owner of Drop Anchor Seafood & Grill in Long Beach. He established the restaurant after graduating from Ilwaco High School in 2019. During high school, he participated in the Running Start program at Clatsop Community College and served for two years as the treasurer of the high school's ASB. As a local Eagle Scout, he emphasizes community service and leadership.
