Eddie Lin is an Assistant City Attorney for the Seattle City Attorney's Office, where he has worked extensively with the Office of Housing on affordable housing programs since 2017. He is the son of a Taiwanese immigrant and grew up in North Carolina. Before joining the City Attorney's Office, he worked for a law firm representing labor unions and clerked for a U.S. District Court judge. He earned his law degree from Seattle University. Lin and his wife, a public school teacher, have lived on Beacon Hill for about 20 years and have two children.
