Edwin Osorio is a Democratic candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives in New York's 7th Congressional District. He served 26 years as a federal employee at the Social Security Administration before retiring in July 2025. Osorio has significant labor leadership experience, having served as president of the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) Local 3369 for nearly a decade and as a vice president of AFGE Council 220.
