Edwin Skip Williams is a candidate for Bellingham City Council Ward 4 in Bellingham, Washington — 2025 General Election. Running as Nonpartisan.

Edwin “Skip” Williams is a third-generation Washingtonian who has lived in Bellingham's Ward 4 for over 30 years. He holds a BA in Education from Central Washington University and has done post-graduate work in Music Education at the University of Washington. Before his election to the City Council, Williams was actively involved in the community, serving on boards for Northwest Youth Services, Whatcom Crisis Services, the Pipeline Safety Trust, and the Mount Baker Theatre. He is also a musician, performing vocals and keyboard. In 2021, he became one of the first two Black members of the Bellingham City Council. His current term began in January 2022.
