Eli Beckman is a two-term Mayor and Town Councilmember of Corte Madera, California, first elected in 2018. A lifelong resident of the district, Beckman is an architect and small business owner who founded HAUS+, a company building sustainable prefab backyard homes. During his time in local government, he helped develop Marin County's first long-range Climate Adaptation Plan and oversaw the creation of a local emergency housing assistance program. He is running for California State Assembly District 12.
